"Dine' (Navajo) Stereotypes" by Cherille Willams

Dine (Navajo) Stereotypes is a project that focuses on what non-native people expect the Dine community to look like, especially while tending to everyday activities such as making fried bread, doing household work, etc. The 2nd image shows how natives look daily, dressed and working like everyone else. The model in the two images is my late mother, Francine Williams.
