"Looking for the Future" by Cherille Williams

Looking for the Future was a collaborative art piece I created with my late mother, Francine Williams. The piece focuses on the people who came before and their sacrifices toward a better future for their children—one day, believing there will be a time when their hard work will pay off. Their grandchildren will have a better life only for the world and government to keep turning their back on fundamental human rights and services for older people and every subsequent generation.
