All artwork and merchandise sold through the Native Voices exhibition are considered final sale.

Due to the unique and original nature of the works, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once a purchase has been completed.

If a piece is damaged at the time of purchase, the buyer must notify Cameron Ward, the owner of Art Off the Rails, before leaving the gallery so the issue can be documented and addressed immediately.

For shipped items, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation of the packaging and artwork.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Artwork Pickup (Local Buyers)
Purchased pieces that are not shipped must be picked up by the end of the exhibition on May 8th. Buyers will be notified when their artwork is ready for pickup.

If the artwork is not picked up by May 8th, the buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs, or an additional storage fee may apply. The gallery is not responsible for unclaimed artwork after this date.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual carrier rate, plus a handling fee to cover professional packaging and labor. Shipping fees vary depending on the size, weight, fragility, and destination of the artwork.

Estimated domestic shipping ranges:

• Small works (prints, small objects): $8–$20
• Medium works (framed pieces, light sculptures): $20–$60
• Large or fragile works: $60–$150+

Insurance
All shipped artwork will include insurance equal to the full sale value. Insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Timeline
Shipped artwork will be sent within 7–14 business days following the close of the exhibition, unless otherwise arranged. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these shipping and pickup terms.
